The Superficial Siderosis Research Alliance sponsors this event, and it is free for all participants. Tickets for in-person attendance are closed.

Can’t make it to Texas? You can still make a difference! This year, we’re offering an option to join the 2025 Trail Grinder Virtual Race. You can go solo or put together your team. Choose your favorite trail, street, or bike path. Track your distance, take a selfie, and show your support for superficial siderosis research!
